Tried growing Yu Choy, an Asian green introduced to me by my friend Lisa.
Unlike other greens…it’s leaves and stalk remain tender n sweet even after the appearance of flowers!
Infact it’s leaves, flowers, tender stalks, all are edible.
You can use the tender leaves n flowers in a simple asian salad or try cooking it with a dash of soy sauce n sesame oil along with some garlic n shallots, like I did…yummmy!
