Kale is such an easy green to grow, and so much more tender and flavorful than the store bought greens!
My first time experience growing them was such a grand success.
They taste very different from their nature version…peppery spicy and we loved them in a fresh middle eastern inspired salad….
Along with some baby spinach, chickpeas, red nions, tomatoes, radish and feta cheese!
