Edible Chrysanthamum Greens
Our first time growing it.

We loved its earthy taste with slight fragrant undertones reminiscent of the flavor of Dill/Sua Bhaji.

Cooked it lightly with garlic, shallots n mushroom with a touch of soy sauce and sesame oil.

And then paired it with grilled Salmon for dinner…. was absolutely delicious!
