It’s leaves, flowers, tender shoots…are all edible. However, if you prefer a milder taste be sure to harvest before they flower.

They can be used in salads, sandwiches and even soups…and are much in demand by chefs all over the world!

We enjoyed them in a delicious salad along with blood oranges and red onions…Mmmm!
