Growing Methi/fenugreek is one of the easiest things ever!
Just soak seeds overnight.
Next day spread densely over soil. Cover with a light sprinkle of soil. Water regularly and harvest ready in a couple of months.
Below you see…fresh flavorful tender Methi….picked from our kitchen garden today!
I plucked them right from the roots…
And within a few minutes….I had a big bunchful of tender methi leaves!
Now for the difficult part…
I love methi in so many different kind of dishes, that I can’t decide in which dish should I use it first!
