Sweet tender baby Spinach….such a joy to behold.
With it’s beautiful tender leaves…
But be careful to triple wash
And drain away excess water
And you have yourself this healthy bunch of goodness that can be used in so many different ways!
My fav is sauteing it with mushrooms,
And then….
Use it as a filling for French crepes,
Or spread béchamel sauce on top to make an au gratin
Or Layer it inside sheets of lasagna,
Or use as topping for pizzas
Or just serve as is with soft rotis.
